2. Service Description

LuminaCore provides lead generation and digital advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and acquire qualified prospects through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.

3. Lead Generation Services

3.1 Lead Qualification

We use proprietary algorithms and qualification criteria to identify potential leads that match your specified requirements. All leads are subject to our internal quality assurance processes before delivery.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

Lead pricing varies by advertising channel: Social Media ($40 per qualified lead), Search Engine ($50 per qualified lead), and Premium Multi-Channel ($60 per qualified lead). Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads.

3.3 Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards. If a lead fails to meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and lead requirements. Any changes to these requirements must be communicated promptly.

4.2 Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services and in your follow-up with provided leads.

5. Advertising Campaigns

5.1 Campaign Management

LuminaCore will manage advertising campaigns across selected channels to generate qualified leads. Campaign strategies may be adjusted based on performance data and optimization requirements.

5.2 Social Network Integration

Our services include integration with various social networks and advertising platforms. You authorize us to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf within agreed parameters.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data necessary to provide our lead generation services, including prospect information, campaign performance data, and client business information.

6.2 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data and the data of generated leads against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and technologies used in our lead generation platform remain the exclusive property of LuminaCore. Clients retain ownership of their business data and lead information.

8. Limitation of Liability

LuminaCore's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination.

11. Modifications to Terms

LuminaCore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of El Paso County, Texas.
